I will never use them if I have a choice. Once I waited 1 whole week b4 i received my parcel even though it's at the back of the truck all the while. When d guy finally delivered d parcel ( 1 week later )..obviously I asked why it took so many days. His answer was ..I tried 2 deliver b4 but he's worried about dogs in d area ???? My response was ????...dogs ...what dogs ???? Oh...b4 delivery ..he actually called and asked where I would like to receive d parcel ???..huh...where ???? And the parcel itself weigh 18kgs, so i insisted that they deliver it to me. Called the customer service to check and check, but i should really say that the service is really bad. Imagine i called them at 7.30pm to ensure the parcel's status, and the operator actually said that the parcel will arrive tomorrow and when i checked the status at 12.30am, it was stated there that the parcel was delivered and signed by a man named Comte. Imagine how shocked i was! @ Em - yeap, it happens all the time!

Better than having it never arrive. You need to call Fedex again & trace where the package was delivered. I'm sure they have some policies to protect you.
